50m I think.

I'd say higher than that. City have shown how much they rely on a player like Fernandinho, and Neves has so much experience and quality at the age of 21 it's ridiculous.

Obviously disappointed by the result but I liked the look of the that Ki-Jana Hoever. Watching him he obviously has bags of talent and confidence, the only giveaway of his age for me was how much growing he's still got to do.

Are you comparing Neves to Fernandinho with regard to their playing positions?

as last night made very obvious.

Indeed. Which is why the City game was so big. A ten point gap is a huge buffer, even a 7 point gap if it was a draw would have been a big result.

LFC would've bitten your hand off for a 4 point lead at this stage of course regardless.

luckily last night means nothing towards the Prem.

And I don't really think losing to City is a biggie. As you say, no one expected them to be ahead anyway, and going the whole season unbeaten was always going to be very unlikely.

How it finishes will be down to what injuries both sides have, i think. Liverpool are currently looking iffy for centre backs which might be a big issue.

Arsenal or Man Utd definitely out along with Liverpool.

Great news for the romance of the cup :D

Just don’t strike at Kingsmeadow next ^_^

Seeing that they have already changed the rules mid tournament once this year to look after the big boys, maybe they will do it again and give them a second chance!
