Guest passes

Hello everyone.. I won guest ticket for the weekend for reading fest.. but just wondering what’s it like? What to expect?? Anyone else on the guest list? I have read it’s not back stage but somewhere said we get to go front of stage is this true.. also my sister who won other ticket might not be able to come so be my first time alone never bin reading festival before either.. isn’t much information about guest weekend tickets just camping guest camp and there is a bar xx

You get access to the guest area to the right hand side of the main stage. Lots of bands/famous folk hang out in there plus there's nice toilets and a quieter bar than the arena.

you mean you might see a band member and will see some z-list celebs if you're unlucky enough to know who they are.

I once had an extremely pissed Piers Hernu (one time editor of a lads mag) come up and hassle me backstage at Reading, as he'd taken offence to my Mark Thomas t-shirt that said "fuck Bush".

Turned out he was in the guest area with his mate who was the drummer from Bush.

So yeah, definitely in the loosest definition.
