Does Auto Refresh Plus work?

This add on allows you to auto refresh a website and then it stops refreshing once a certain word pops up. So if i use "registration" as the magic word, once the booking page pops up the refresh will stop because the word "Registration" is on that page.

You can set it to however many refreshes per minute you want.

I guess it comes down to if you're willing to risk it and personally, I'm not!
