Advice please!
My 10 yr old daughter is desperate to see Chappell this year and I see she is playing at both Oya and Solen. can anyone give me advice on which one would be more suitable to go to from a family friendly and chilled out pov. We have never done festivals, so I wanted to know which one would be a good 'starter' festival wise.
I really appreciate any help/advice anyone can give on this matter.. Thanks in advance
Got myself a couple of standers for Saturday at The O2 as an 'insurance' that Pulp aren't at Glastonbury.
Works out at £84.25 a ticket with the add-ons, which is not too bad for a London arena show, in what (I think) will possibly be their last tour.
Surely they are nailed on for Glastonbury? 30yrs since stepping in to headline for the 'Roses, I think they deserve that slot again as a career finale. Given that they made a massive balls up with SZA last year, I think Pulp are more than capable of headlining it. Unless the other two headliners other than Neil Young are locked in? Sorry, I have not had time to read the whole thread if this has already been discussed.
Wouldn't be surprised if Lokerse announced them, or RW for that matter. The gig on the 16th does make them less likely for Pukkelpop, especially as they've got another UK date on the 23rd. Be great if they did get booked though. I did tweet Pukkelpop asking to book them last July so they've had plenty of time 😀
Hopefully it'll be easy enough for everyone to get tickets. I joined the pre-sale at 9:30... was in a queue for about a minute, then got through... but somehow it was for a Birmingham ticket, not London like I wanted! So started all over again, which took a while on my phone as I kept pressing the wrong button etc... but got London standing straight away, after spending 3 minutes faffing around. Based on this, I'm sure anyone joining ticket sales when they open will get what they want.
