Hi there I got myself a scout tent today in Worthy View, If I choose to get other accommodation, can I pass my tent onto others who have tickets to the festival?

You can get a refund (less £15 per tent) up until May 2019.

yes thanks, but I want to give the tent to my daughter who is also registered, just not sure if I can?

As far as I'm aware you can, you give the list of people in May. If you're all in one group shouldn't be a problem.

They say they’re non-transferable so the lead booker may need to be there. Email them and ask

If she's planning on using it on her own you could put her as the second person occupying the tent. When she arrives she could say you're arriving on a coach the following day. A colleague of mine arrived on the weds before and the tent was in her husbands name who was arriving on the friday and didnt have any issues.

Exactly. She's just in your party, sharing the tent. As long as you have enough spaces including her mates and you (even though you won't actually be using it). You can also get the wrist band if it might be handy.
