Motorhome Drop Off Query

We've currently hired a motorhome from MotorHome Hire (South Gloucester Depot). If successful in the resale, we're due to fly back home out of Bristol on the 7am flight on the Monday morning. This would mean a 5am drop off which the Motorhome depot cannot faciltate.

Would anyone know of a rental crew in or around Bristol who would be able to facilitate such a drop off time?

Thanks in advance!

I would think this unlikely as you would need the motorhome to be checked over for damage etc if it’s a muddy year you may be expected to clean it before returning? You need to also account for getting to airport 2 hours before your flight and any delays . Could you not delay your flight til later? Otherwise you might just need to camp and don’t bother with the motorhome or leave site Sunday afternoon.

In its Terms & Conditions MotorHome Hire states:

Time is required to inspect the vehicle when you return it.

Hires start and finish at the collection point unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The return of the vehicle is confirmed in writing, signed by the hirer and the Owner. If a full inspection has not been possible you will be contacted to discuss any damage discovered in your absence as soon as it is discovered.

Appreciate the reply Lycra. The early Monday flight has been a decision we've had to make of late (originally hoping to take the 4.30pm flight home) . Was hoping the drop off would be similar to a hire car drop off, but understandable that the hire crew want to give the vehicle the once over (especially after a festival!!). Anyway, its something to mull over if we get lucky tomorrow morning *thumbs up*

Commiserations guys. Solves your camper problem but know you would much rather have the headache it posed. Maybe see you next year.
