Hi, I booked a ticket for my son at this years Download Festival, general camping, he has since decided he would like to go in the 'quiet camping' which is where his friends are camping, anyone know how I can change it?  Can't find anything on the website!  Thanks, Emma

Phone your ticket agent ASAP and ask. Quiet camping usually sells out so you may be too late already. Failing that, on arrival check the box office, they sometimes get swaps the other way from people who want to camp in general with their mates. Quiet campers can go anywhere but general campers can't go in quiet.
