I don't know, I wouldn't say so. This album's release cycle as been troubled enough as is, not to mention that the whole album has been leaked like a month or so ago. Think it's legit

What delays? They never said we would definitely get the lineup in December and we have had it in January for about 80% of the last decade.

It's clear that they don't want to release the poster half-ready and to release the entire 200 names leaves a lot of room for complication and not just Grimes.

Well, if you plan to do something on a certain time, but ending up doing it later, that's the exact definition of delay.
