Fair enough 8m in this market is cheap as chips or whatever but it's not a long term solution. You can't even call it risk free short term because it's David Luiz... 22 minutes ago, DareToDibble said: It appears as if this became true! Love to see it. eFestivals
I've just read something that suggests Leicester might break into the top 6 this year. Thinking about it that might turn out to be right. They're a team on the up and Wolves too, if last season wasn't a one season wonder. Only problem is who would lose out if either happened. I guess - before a game is played - the most likely is Utd, tho they're a hard team to judge until we've seen how they going.

What’s interesting is that there are three or four teams - Wolves, Leicester, Everton and possibly even West Ham who will be thinking they can break into the top 6. At least one of them will finish above United.
lost
I think Leicester need to get a centre back in. Wes Morgan turns 36 this season. It will be interesting to see if the Europa does to Wolves what it normally does to the team outside the top 6 and they can perform on sunday after flying to the Ukraine or whatever mid week. Spot on and for that reason I'm leaning towards both Leicester and Everton finishing above Wolves. 4 minutes ago, The Nal said: Lukaku off then. Not sure where these goals are coming from. This should have been address far earlier in the window. I've seen Mandzukic linked... Hardly the most inspiring.

If he takes it, there's no reason to think he couldn't force his way in similar to the way in which Rashford did.

With Saliba coming in from next season, a short term option of Luiz is probably as good as we could have hoped for. If it decreases the chance of Mustafi playing then it's a bonus. Bellerin, Sokratis, Luiz, Tierney Certainly looks better than Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Kolasinac

mjsell
Just now, eFestivals said: I read something yesterday that said Chambers was expected to be part of the backline. Holding is being seen as the long term solution. Emery really likes him by all accounts, but he's coming back from injury still atm so it's expected that chambers partners Sok for now. Again anything but Mustafi. Bellerin (24), Holding(23), Saliba(18), Tierney(22) has some potential to last for a while if it works out. Hugh Jass
Spurs surely aren't going to land Sessegnon, Lo Celso AND Dybala are they? First two look done, but Dybala?!?

Monreal is still around, that would be more of a car crash waiting to happen than Chambers. He's legs are gone and is a huge liability, which they are trying to hide by playing him centrally.
