Tents in the camper van field ?

Hey campers ! 

I have a friend taking a camper van to glasto this year and am hoping to pitch up behind / besides his van - does anyone know if ‘normal’ ticket holders can access the van fields ? Thanks for your help ?

Yes. If you come from the festival on the Wednesday, you'll need to keep the pass out, to get back in. If you park on the same side as him, you can join him on the Tuesday night after parking up, and both go on from Wednesday, keeping the pass out each night to get back in the following day.

Thanks for your reply , we have coach tickets and are arriving on thurs .. so will enter the fest at the coach gate .. do u think we can walk across the site to access the van west area?

Yes. Ideally your friend will bring your gear and make your trip a darn site easei.

Tell him to let the stewards that he is pitching a tent beside and they will ensure he has enough room..
