Day Parking question

Does anyone have any experience of the queues to get out of the day parking car park ?

I have quite a drive after the gig so don't want to be stuck in a field for 2 hours, like at some venues.

I'm thinking that if the queues are going to be long then I might park in the city and take the shuttle.

I have never had any issues leaving Leeds festival, they have police outside the site directing traffic around the nearby villages, unless you come across any road closures I think you’d be fine to get out and get on the M1.
