Just checked wireless festival, he’s playing there on the 11th so perhaps still a possibility depending on the terms with BBK

No idea if it’s relevant, but I remember Arctic Monkeys in 2018 were announced on a Monday (I was in college and couldn’t share my excitement with anyone), so hopefully 24 hours from now we’ll know something!

Presumably if they're consistent in announcing their big names on Mondays rather than Sundays, we'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Though it would end the speculation pretty quickly if they did it today.

I'd like it to be Arctic Monkeys but frankly who knows what the hell they're doing. Nevermind the fact its probably too soon.

Of the three only Paul seems to be active atm, but has a spanish date in june. Not to mention all of them are simply too big to be a last minute replacement.

Any name could fit on the right hand side, the left hand side has enough space for 15 characters, because of the way they’ve moved the dot. So think of an artist with 15 characters in the name (a gap counts as a character)

15 Characters? KIDS SEE GHOSTS, don't think it'll be them at all but would love it (sorry for even mentioning their name because their is literally 0% chance of it happening imo)

Not sure I'd get too concerned about what will fit - The dot is MUCH bigger than the ones between headliners on the full poster, and the move allows us to see two names on the lines below.

It looks to me like it's just been designed for this gif, rather than a clue to the name sizes.
