I get frustrated by anyone who says "I don't really know those bands" or "what songs have QOTSA had hits with"? I've seen a lot of these comments and am bemused because with Spotify, youtube and Apple music (and many more formats) available and speakers where you can literally say "play *******", how bone idle do you have to be to not just give any band you don't know, a listen?
If you KNOW a band and don't like them that's different
Plus anyone saying that the line up is full of "old bands" - have they never been to victorious before? The fact that these bands are generally form the early to mid 2000s actually makes them a decade more recent than most Victorious headliners.
Some people are so hard to please.
What time do they usually go into shops, I’d have imagined before 6.30pm? On another note, he has form for leaking stuff early *ahem* 2022… then again, that was more on NME (?) than Oli as clearly the journalist pressed the upload button on the interview a night early.
I have tickets regardless, but maybe Bloc Party & Hozier sub KoL on the 12th.
11th Depeche Mode & New Order.
Sziget announcing their line up tomorrow so maybe an agreement to a joint announcement of an headliner (if neither have exclusivity). Honestly clutching at straws and hoping for a decent announcement
