Self Esteem is a huge name, she headlined Green Man last year and her presence seems to be driving most of the music press reporting about the announcement, not to mention that if you only watch Channel 4 you'd think she was the biggest pop star in Britain.

The great thing about Glasto is that minor stages there are equivalent to major stages elsewhere, so there’s no reason to think that a confirmed booking at a bigger stage doesn’t mean an appearance at a lower stage or a slightly lower slot. Don’t forget the prestige of this festival.

I would actually agree, based on past line-ups.. I also don't know much about this festival so I can't really say... But someone said they had doubled their budget for next year, so who knows?!
