Greens Playhouse (became the Apollo) in Glasgow , and many times since then.

1975, Glasgow Apollo, for me.

Most memorably I saw them at the Birmingham Academy in 2012 which was their last ever gig (supposedly), we were sat right behind Sharon & the family. I was sat beside Tony Iommi’s driver who said they were all great guys, but Motley Crue were disgusting animals!

I would have been at the 75 gig as well. Sabbath were at their best in the early, mid 70s.

Great news from my consultant last week. Kidney they chopped out of me mid June was riddled with cancer but it's all gone, no need for chemo or radiotherapy and there's only a small risk of it coming back. Will be monitored for the next 5 years though, as is standard.

Wow, now that is off the scale on the good news front. In fact, it's hard to think of any better news anyone can have. It's up to you now to enjoy life to the max. 🙂
