Yeah, season 11 was split into 3 parts for some reason.

I gave up on Walking Dead when I thought why do they even still want to be alive. My will to live clearly isn't as great as others because I just thought your life is just so relentlessly shit you'd be much better off as a zombie.

Had this exact argument with the security guards on my gate. They were debating how they'd survive. Tactics etc (the things you do to pass a quiet shift). My response of 'hopefully die in the first wave' was met with disdain. I was a loser, a coward. Nope, just lazy. Surviving looked like really hard work and the reward was living in a zombie apocalypse.

I might try and live if there was some brief moments of joy but living seems like hell. It’s just constant stress with no joy!

I like the Commonwealth arc, as ridiculous as it is, and the scenery-chewing Miltons have been good fun. I think the latest one picked up after the train station scene and the ending was good with the new zombies.

"The English" Available on iPlayer is absolutely great. Best thing I've watched in a long time. Great characters and storyline. It's six  episodes and we did it in two sittings. Give it a shot.

Agreed, it’s absolutely brilliant. Watched the first episode and just had to binge the rest. Great acting and so well shot. Very cinematic in its production.

Chucky continues to be the craziest thing on TV. Embracing over 3 decades of storyline development and not being embarrassed by any of it. Never thought I'd get to a point in life where I'm explaining the absurdities and complexities of the Chucky Universe to people in real life. It was just another franchise to me before the show, but this is proving to be the perfect format to explore this killer doll and his body swap horrors (not to mention the real life casting decisions that mirror the entanglements). Apparently the creator is trying to get a Chucky in Nightmare on Elm Street movie off the ground. That would be perfect.

So who's watched the Walking Dead finale. I say finale, there's that many spin offs it's just going to be like when the group gets split up for half a season. 

Anyway, rubbish wasn't it? So many stupid moments. Now I was quite tired and my attention may have drifted but there seemed to be loads (more than usual!) of 'how the fuck did that character get there' moments and so much which just didn't make sense.

My main gripe, without wanting to give any spoilers, is that I wanted this series to have a self contained, satisfying conclusion, not be setting up spin offs. I felt it a disservice to these characters story arcs.

It was excellent, not least they've had some cracking actors in there - funny for the numerous Brits where you work out what you saw them in before.
