Was thinking earlier, Biden stroking out just in time for him to be switched for Kamala and Trump stroking out immediately before the election would be such a perfect series of happenings.

Netanyahu is already commiting genocide. Trump pulling off a peace deal that eluded Biden would be the ultimate prize, Netanyahu more likely to want to work with Trump.

Being mr pessimist I was thinking Trump would stroke out after elected and we're left with JD Vance.

Well yeah that’s unfortunately the more likely scenario if they manage to drag him across the finish line. Fully believe that Vance being his VP is purely so Elon and/or Peter Thiel can have their yes man as President once Trump inevitably doesn’t make it far in to his possible second term because Vance would never win on his own. Trump is just a useful idiot until then.
