It's like they've given him an open goal, it's so weird that it can even be in the situation for him to declare victory because that's how it looks. I'm not at all surprised at how close it is and I think he'll win legitimately in the end. Wisconsin (10) would take it to 254 so he then needs 16. Any one of Pennsylvania (20), Michigan (16), or Georgia (16) would be enough to get to 270 for the win.
