It was a hugely cathartic moment.
After the previous two years of sh*t, the buzz in the air at that festival just felt different.
It was the usual Glasto feeling plus 20%.
We took our spot about 20 metres or so in front of the big tree at the back of the field, as I looked around I had this huge wave of emotion.
Finally, we were back.
We had a group of 20 or so Geordies to our right, in full on party mode.
Sam and the band brought their A game, the sun was going down behind the best stage in the world and everyone in that field was lapping it up.
In my top 5 Glasto moments.
