squirrelarmy
A bit of a downer post so sorry for ruining the party. There seems to be around 25,000 provisional votes to be counted from PA. These are votes that were originally made in person but the voter didn’t have the valid ID so they were put on hold. The bad side is that in person voting was mainly going to Trump. There might be enough postal votes to mean that they don’t matter but it’s back to squeaky bum time. There’s also been a bit of a mess up in Nevada with quantities remaining. Still a lot of rural votes coming in. It should still stay Biden but won’t be finding out any time soon. Aren’t there still 30K+ mail in votes in Pittsburg that can’t be counted until later today? And they will skew heavily to Biden. It’s fine, he’s going to get over the line! Biden has stretched his lead to 13k in PA, with more to come in and be looked from mail in ballots. It would have to be a big stretch for Trump to come back win the state now. But that will probably mean that the overall margin of victory probably won’t go past the 1% mark needed to avoid the recount which is going to add a lot of delay before we get a final result. Trump is still on his way out but the party is a little later.

squirrelarmy
Ooh Bob Casey to the rescue. A lot of those provisional votes are from people who wanted to vote by mail but were unable to. Might not be as Trump heavy then.

squirrelarmy
I’m thinking North Carolina is still in play. Take a look at these exit poll figures There are significantly more female voters who prefer to vote Biden. NC is still at 95% in. The most votes outstanding are from a county which is currently standing at 60% in favour of Biden. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-elections/north-carolina-president-results%3Famp%3D1 Am I being delusional and should I be taken to the infirmary?
