It seems they brought the balance deadline to March for the money to be accounted for in this financial year. If they want the resale money to count in this year they'll have to do it in March, if they're happy to roll it into next year they'll wait till April.

i don't normally get told its coming, normally there's peeps posting here who know its coming, I'm convinced they're right so ask someone i know who does know and he normally confirms its coming.

A sort of midweek boost for those who may never check their emails.

It's always been around the balance window except when the balance window doesn't fall in April, then the poster has been late April/May...

I'll expect something but not entirely sure if it'll be a full poster. 

There's speculation that acts might be a bit harder to firm up right now, with balance deadline 2 weeks away they'd need to be certain of almost all the acts basically now. 

If they're not, or there are big gaps, I could see them holding off a poster until either the "normal" time (recently) of mid-late march or just before any resales. 

They don't need to release the poster to convert deposits into sales, although it would be nice.

Pretty sure for the whole time I’ve been here you’ve given us a heads up at least a few hours before. I think for 2020 we had a user with info it was coming and confirmed it as you’ve said above.
