Really liking the new Squid album! Still as interesting, experimental and unusual as always. Like the krautrocky sound and the new orchestral tinge that the album's adopted. They're becoming a post-punk staple now of the 2020s, yet to do a bad album. Will definitely be listening to this one for a while
The reaction on social media for Drake though is pretty wild.
I personally can't see the appeal of having the same headliner 3 nights in a row. However, I guess it increases chances of people getting tickets for one day, who want to go.
And yet, on the dark day when the Bloodvessel obituaries are finally published, its a reasonable bet that Fatty Towers will nevertheless still take up more column inches than a Bad Manners set on Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage.
