That you read the discussion and then that was your comment is such a good reminder to me why the Corbynite project failed.

The general public is just too reactionary to process complex issues. So the actually sensible and progressive policies that could treat the problems of a messy world are greeting with confused fury.

His literal first response was "I would not be sending material which would allow the invasion of Russia". He deflected the issue to repaint Russia as a victim, not an aggressor. 

He is responsible for it failing. If we want socialism here, then it needs honest leadership, not a cult of personality around someone incapable of accepting they could be wrong.
