kits not so much 'fiddle' as 'manipulate' just taking advantage where they can, they know they can be nailed if all transactions go thru the bank.

I've yet to come across anyone, outside of festivals (how ironic is that), that insist on card only.

the coffee kiosk at the liesure centre. card only for the last 18 months.

they just said on the local news that the main road into bristol the M32 has concrete rot on the flyovers and will need to be rebuilt that'll be absolute chaos. with heavy traffic thru my neighbourhood as a result.
