Exactly my thoughts mate ! Obviously freedom isn’t exactly going to be freedom!

You just know it isn't going to be what the government say its going to be because they have nearly 100% success rate at getting it wrong. I struggle to think of one action they've done during this pandemic  or decison they've made where they didn't have to fudge the numbers, lie about it or completely change the plan at the last moment

The only thing people have on their sides that give a glimmer of hope that the country will open up fully is that it became abundantly clear the government don't  care how many people die from this along time ago. They're just hoping enough of the people don't care soon so they can get back to making us pay for the mess they've made of this pandemic.

Is anyone else confused by last nights announcement? All limitation on indoor and outdoor gatherings are lifted on 19 July, yet there are still test events running? 🤯

Still want to gather data on spread.

And if they don't underwrite insurance then the test events will still be all that goes ahead. Live music has not yet been saved, especially with the potential winter issues

That's not true, plenty others are going ahead.

The Covid cancellation insurance issue won't stop people operating events, it's just a higher risk but less of a risk than pre-19th July
