My sub has expired, where do I renew?  I just got a new card, so guessing that's why it didn't auto renew?

I also have an issue with Gold membership, seem to have both an annual and monthly membership plan. Strong possibility of being caused by me being a numpty!

Gold membership appears to have failed to auto renew.

i got the email about it renewing but suddenly I’ve got ads everywhere and my profile just says member.

Can’t see any record of the payment going through on either of my bank cards so wonder if it wasn’t taken / failed.

tried emailing the webmaster email but yet to hear back. 
is there a better way to get hold of the top brass and get it resolved?

 

p.s if anyone is flirting with idea of going gold get stuck in. Great to support site and also BE GONE WITH YOU ADS!

Hoping to renew again on payday, I have had quite a few delays while typing messages and it seems to be glitching a bit which hopefully will be sorted when I renew (not my internet - i have about 750/800 mbps)
