Yeah, I noticed that. I think that'll be for people with multiple orders on the same account/payment card, but who knows. If mine gets cancelled hopefully it'll be within the next 1hr and 10 so we can use the surplus +1 codes we've got.

One of mine has been cancelled. No email to confirm that I've just noticed by logging in. We've used 2 different TM accounts, 2 different names, two different cards but same billing address as we live together. Nightmare trying to get hold of anyone to discuss it.

Balls. That's exactly what I've done, and is a completely legitimate situation to be in, in all honesty. Ridiculous.

Seen a post on a facebook download page

 

"To those finding their money is being refunded, TM are cancelling and refunding people that have been booking more than one ticket per account.

 

T&Cs are clear we need to get consent from everyone attending, using same TM account means they are the same person in our system, They need their own account anyway to show the tickets etc. so they have to purchase it separate.

 

Tickets MUST not be purchased on the same TM account"

 

Makes complete sense tbf
