Fair enough. I'll comment more on the football (which I have done BTW, I commented on Ronaldos move not being essential for footballing). At the same time, I'll still post relevant stuff involving footballers outside of football.

 

Sounds like West ham have signed a couple of interesting players. And kounde from Sevilla to Chelsea isn't happening

I've spent all summer wondering why nobody has moved big for Haaland.... then I read today that his wage demands were £820k a week and the agent's fee was £34m.

I have to say hungary is a wonderful country Go there nearly every year, in fact booked for twice next year. Never heard/seen any racism, so it's definitely associated with football.

Yep my mate holidayed in Bulgaria and said most people who'd never seen a black person before were inquisitive rather than racist and wanted selfies and to come up and chat. I'm hopeful the vast majority are decent people its just these countries that used to be socialist trapped behind the iron curtain haven't had the levels of immigration and integration we have yet and so the morons are more likely to react like that and you say football attracts the morons.

They actually do have 3 games to play behind closed doors, but that's only for UEFA regulated games. Hopefully they'll have some FIFA ones too now.

Your obsession with city fascinates me. It's genuinely the only reason I visit this thread ahah. Easty moving from Manchester and seemingly not flying the flag around here anymore is a loss to us all.

 

While I'm here, finally got back in my seat yesterday (was on a plane last week), good to be back innit.

I have been busy mate. I have been staying in Somerset during the week and coming home at weekend. Also had a 5 hour exam yesterday. Buying a house is a nightmare. 

I think Chelsea will win it, they look strong all over and now have a good manager. Our lack of a striker will cost us in the big games. But, I am glad we are taking our time and not buying just for the point of it.

Still don't really see the lack of striker being such a huge issue for city. You won two trophies and were one game away from winning the big one. That was without your striker. 

Of course other teams have strengthened but City's consistency is going to be so hard to beat.

Couldn't resist that one. Anyway I too think not having a striker WILL at some point catch up with City. I expect them to challenge in all comps but I think there will be moments when a number nine is needed.
