Shame really as those wide bits at the sides (don't know what to call them), where it was pegged to the ground gave great weather protection 😒

This will be my 21st Womad, and I'm pretty sure the Siam Tent has always been that big blue Kayam tent, even at Reading. Wonder why not this year, too expensive maybe? 🤔

Maybe, but Womad is always the last weekend in July. A long standing booking I would say. At least two decades.

if its elsewhere it might be related to another regular booking, and a bigger order, all things are possible.

dunno if thats the issue here, but womad often lose some acts due to visa problems.
