R Dean Taylor RIP. This was one of my favourite songs that were played at Northern Soul all nighters in the seventies that I loved. I wasn’t a massive dance fan (cos I was/am a shit dancer) but loved the experience. Only got to the Wigan casino once and I remember it to this day.

Sad news. I saw her in the Cardiff Tramshed a few years ago and she was very entertaining. And we got Sleigh Ride, despite Christmas having been long gone. RIP Ronnie ❤️

I saw her Christmas show a couple of years back when she deployed all her songs from the Phil Spector album.

 

At the end of the show she shook my hand and blew me a kiss as she walked off.

No idea if this is true or not but according to setlist.fm it was her last ever concert...... 😲

Very sad news. Was lucky enough to meet him at the Extravaganza last year. He was chatting to me about what was going on. Could not have been more helpful helping us get a group photo with Michael.
