Tbh that one isn't a job anyone here would want. You'd barely get to set foot on site during the show days.

Tip is to get your foot in the door somewhere and work up.......I work a more background role, but get to go to events because I do a lot of background admin for them, then they need help at them and we are first port of call.

Poor rate for the job description and what they are looking for, considering the litter pickers are on £13.50ph and an SIA Supervisor will be on around £15ph.

Still not filled this position, rate is far too low.

My OH and myself have been confirmed on the Gates team and getting more than that, and on site for 10 days.

This one also seems ridiculously low pay considering the skills needed and the responsibilities. Sure everyone has a price and no doubt theres some perks, but £12.50ph to oversee a large part of the festivals logistics for 20 days. Bit tight if you ask me.

£150 a day for that role is about what the going rate is, but yes it's a bit low.

It is an entry level job so will suit a recent grad or similar, plus a foot in the door at the biggest event in the UK.

That's a long "12/14 hours a day" for that sort of money though. But yea, like you say it's a foot in for someone.
