Supposes to be a heatwave here in Ireland next week, so that's at least 2 hours of hot weather, normally that means a month of drought in England.

The midday GFS output is a definite improvement. It has downgraded the big low over the UK for the Glasto weekend, so apart from the dollop of rain above on Thursday night, the festival is now mainly dry, with the odd shower, but cool, temps only around 18c each day.

Every comment alternates between saying it'll be absolute shit or perfect weather. Nowhere in between.

There’s talk on the netweather forums of 40c next Saturday.

The weather for the whole of next week will be lovely but Wednesday onwards see the ovens turned on.

If only this was all happening the week after 🤦‍♂️

It's gonna be like the weather we have at the moment - bit of cloud, some sun, odd shower. Will be fine.

Update No. 1 in 2019 was very, very bad. Wet and cold.

Do we know what the max temps were Weds - Sun of 2019?
