2023 legend slot

My top three dream wish-list for the Legend slot has always been Tom Waits, Labi Siffre and Yusuf / Cat Stevens. They've always felt like such long shots, so it would make my year if we got Yusuf for 2023.

Saw Yusuf at Hammersmith Apollo in 2014. Was £100 a ticket each even then, but worth it.

They’re all great artists but incredibly long shots I’d say.

We had tickets for Yusuf when he was booked to play the Kelvingrove bandstand in Glasgow a few years ago, tickets were around forty quid but Covid put paid to the gig. Sadly he never rescheduled. Would love to see him whether the legend or anywhere on the farm.

Tom Waits would be epic, although not for the "picnic blanket posse", or the "slabs of crap lager and bucket hats crew", neither of whom would have a clue who he is.
