All those have had plenty of hits, but can you seriously imagine any of them sharing top billing with the likes of Elton, GnR etc?

The legend slot is normally filled by, yes, an act that's had hits, but must still be a big live draw - at least play arenas and the like of their own accord, rather than headlining a 80's cheese-fest bill.
