Related… I have a coach ticket leaving Bristol at 7am Wednesday which I got in the resale as it was all that was available  but ideally looking for a Thursday departure. Wondering if anyone wanted to swap? Would seek to do an official transfer via See if any takers.

See won't sanction or support a transfer of any type - your only options here are:
a. Take the Wednesday coach
b. Cancel the ticket and hope you can purchase a new one
c. Miss the coach, make your own way to site, and hope that you can collect the ticket at the Gate A enquiries office.

Options A and B are the "official" line - but obviously Option B would be a substantial and unacceptable risk to take.

Option C goes against the published policy but has worked in at least the last 10 years - however it's never confirmed in advance so there's always a (small) risk that this year is the one something changes. The main disadvantage of doing it has been that tickets aren't available until after the coach has arrived and the driver has completed their admin work so you can never "beat the coach" - however in your case that doesn't matter so much.

If you're in Bristol and not travelling all the way there specifically for the coach, you could also get the coach, get your ticket and get sorted then leave the festival again, returning the next day. You can get a shuttle to Castle Cary, or head to Bath and West and navigate a way back.
