Got through - but only bought 4 x refund protections and a bottle ????

I don't suppose by any chance we have got tickets - it only charged me £47 something - how can they sell me refund protection when I did not get the actual adult tickets.   All names and postcodes were correct - so fed up.   Now I will have to waste time trying to get a refund from see tickets - anyone else have this issue ?

See are aware of the issue and have tweeted that they’re getting in contact with everyone affected. Sounds hopeful…

hello....any update? I got another email from see tickets saying that they will contact me within 7 days to take payment of the tickets because "there was an error with adding the tickets to my booking". Are you guys any closer to the truth?
