So we've had bottle gate, but did anyone face "Duplicate Registrations" during the sale??

I have looked around twitter and on the social, so asking here to see if anyone faced this issue so that we can avoid for next time.

On Sunday, like many others we attempted to purchase x4 GA tickets 

However, despite getting into the booking flow and entering all the details we were faced repeatedly faced with the following error - see screen shot.  We checked, double checked and re loaded/ tried different devices and session, but just couldn't get past that screen, it just wouldn't let us buy.   Each of the four reg nos had been used in past sales, with no issues,  we didn't have more than one booking flow going at the same time,  so we re flummoxed as to what was causing the problem.  Even more bizarre was that we managed to use two out of the four reg nos later on in the coach secret sale, to get tickets (50% hit rate)

Did anyone face the same thing during the sale??
