Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. 

Has anyone gone from Reading on Thursday before? First time taking the coach and praying to the coach gods that it's relatively early.

Yes- 2016 I got a coach from Reading on Thursday morning- details below, no idea if it'll be the same this year but fingers crossed!

For Reading it says station / football stadium. Unless it does two stops these are not the same place. The Madejski stadium is out by the M4 and would be the 2nd stop heading towards glastonbury if both are used (national express use the M4/madejski stop a lot so maybe they use both?)

Sorry to hijack the thread but I'm getting the coach for the first time this year and don't know too much about it. Am I right in thinking the return time on the Monday doesn't matter too much for See coaches, they generally just fill up the coaches anyway? My return time is 14:30 on the Monday, assuming the times have rolled over from 2020, but I was hoping to get a much earlier return than that.

Stopping at both seems pretty possible based on their normal reading routes - although I didn't realise any coaches had an extra pickup stop.

Where did you get those Liverpool times? Be interested to know when they got to the festival roughly.

Just gone back through old messages to find out, best I can do is at 13.32 I said "just checked, looks like we are still thirty minutes away'." So just after 2pm or so I'd guess!

I’ve had 6 am from Liverpool on Wednesday twice and my mates had 10 am, not sure if this is a pattern but every time I got coach tickets in the first sale I’ve had 6 am, and my mates who had 10 am got their tickets in the resale. I got mine in the resale this year so hoping that isn’t the pattern as ideally would like to leave at 6.

Someone else mentioned that pattern elsewhere …. I’m hoping it’s not the case …maybe someone who got resale ones can disprove it

The earliest time I've had of the three coaches I've had from Liverpool was when I got one in the last seconds of the 2011 resale. The latest was the 2017 general sale so I think it's just coincidence.

I think its jumped about over the years.

One of my friends got it in 2015 and it was the rail station.

One of my other friends is on it this year and lives near the rail station so is praying it isn't at the Madjeski Stadium!
