Arriving Thursday - where to camp?

It's my 2nd Glasto but first since 2009, and we aren't able to arrive until early Thursday morning, around 9am. Any advice as to where there might be space to camp if arriving at this time?

The first thing you should know is that the popular campsites fill up far more quickly than they did in 2009 but it really depends how large your group is. If you're just looking for space for one or two small tents you may be ok anywhere except the really popular places like Pennards and Oxlyers. Honestly though the best bet is Pylon and Darble - they tend to be the last places to fill up.

There's also always up-to-date information about which fields still have space at the campsite help points so you can just decide where to camp when you get there based on what they say.

Ah amazing really helpful thank you! And I know, a lot has changed, I just popped on the resale an hour after it went live and bought a ticket in 2009 🤣
