WV / SL booking cancellation?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone here has cancelled a booking for Worthy View or Sticklinch? The deadline for cancellations is 23:59 on 6th May (today!) and I have decided it's just not worth it for the amount it costs for me. I assumed there would be a cancellation option on the my account page on the See tickets website, but there is not. Just a link to a customer service form to fill in. I have requested a refund through that but what are the odds I will receive a response by today? Will I be forced to keep my booking if not?

There doesn't seem to be any other way to contact them, not even an online chat! 

Can anyone else advise how they cancelled theirs and if they used the online form, how long it took to get a response?

I have just submitted the form again, this time stating the time and date of my request and taken a screenshot of it. Hopefully that's enough, otherwise it looks like I'm staying in a Yurt in what's possibly one of the furthest points from any of the action! 😂

I did this the other day - used the contact form & also followed up on email to [email protected]

They responded pretty fast & sorted out the cancellation - received a confirmation email the same day - so hopefully will go through OK for you!

FWIW, they responded to the contact form query first & much faster.

We were hoping for a campervan resale but a yurt would keep mrs Apathy happy. 

Yes pretty sure I can change the names on it. I've not had a response yet so will let you know!
