Just a word of warning - I just checked my credit card and National Express have charged me three times for my coach.  I've only been able to have a very quick look so far and have alerted the credit card company who have refunded two and are contacting NE.  It's possible that it was something stupid I did but I only received one email confirmation so I don't think I inadvertently made three bookings (though I was a little bit excited .....)

Anyway, thought it worth telling you to check your bank/credit card statement just in case.
