Supergrass are going on a break. They’ve all said on Instagram etc that their appearance at the Taylor Hawkins Tribute was their last performance together for sometime anyway

It’s a bummer as their shows are always class! They were only meant to be 2020 but of course covid extended it to 2022. I was too young to see them in the first run so jumped at the chance to see them during their reunion tour. Them supporting The Killers at Falkirk Stadium was truly stunning

Yeah, 3 festival dates all at different parts of the country with intimate tour dates as well. I still think they sub Glastonbury but they can sell the others earlier.

I reckon we'll see Pulp on there. I can only see them subbing if The Killers are on there, which I think they might be. Although I'm gonna seperate the two, and give my final prediction as:

I gave TRNSMT a miss this year but with the potential acts kicking around, I’m intrigued for Fridays line up announcement. 

 

Sam Fender is shifting an incredible amount of tickets and I think he will be booked to headline. Supported by a strong undercard (The Snuts/The view), it will sell very well. 
 

I reckon 1975 will also headline and going for possibly a Pulp sub/co-headline arrangement.

This is probably a very outside shout, and I don't think they have been considered/probably thought off, but QOTSA? Touring European festivals early summer, could probably command a headline spot, might not be trnsmts target market I know unless they have a more 'Rocky' day

I could see them subbing if they'd accept that, but I don't see TRNSMT booking them to headline.

Pulp and/or QOTSA would be great - both bands which with a strong headliner/sub could probably get me to buy a day ticket.
