Regional economies tend to be better at growing than national ones. Germany and US are probably the best examples and Russia probably the best example of where centralised systems generally fail. Growth is difficult for most economies at the moment but I reckon we are better placed than we were when Truss was promoting the strategy. Hate to say it but she was half right in her thinking but totally 6th form ideology in their execution.
