What is the situation with the moustaches - can you buy one upon entry? Can you take your own and wear it to get in and if so can it be any random moustache?

 

Also if the first dj is on at 10 what is a good time to get there for? Can you get re entry after you have been in

Not sure on all your questions but the 2 times ive been i've paid money at the entrance (Couple of quid that all goes to charity) which gets me the moustache  to gain entry.

Moustache colour changes each night so taking your own isn't a foolproof strategy, and it's only a couple of quid for very worthy causes.

If you want guaranteed entry you'll probably want to skip a headliner or get there before all the main acts finish. You can still get in later but expect to queue for a long time. However, any time after midnight and you're probably not going to get in as it seems to grow in popularity every year.

My friend had 2 moustaches for Sunday 2019 and we ran straight over after The Cure, there was a separate queue for re-entry which seemed like 1 in 1 out and we probably still had to wait about 45 mins.

Not sure if it’s usually that long, this was Sunday night after headliners so imagine that’s a pretty busy time!

What actually is the score with the moustaches? Can anybody clear it up please?

We went at a busy time on the Friday (pushing our luck) expecting to still be able to pay on our way in. The guys on the door were scouting people with moustaches and turning people away without so we left.

When is the best time to get a moustache? Do you have to get there early evening and then you can turn back up later on - after queuing of course? The one thing I know is the colour changes.
