Ticket collection help

My friend got me and him a ticket in the resale. He did not pick them up from the post office in time and now we have to collect from box office. However I was planning on going up Wednesday whereas he can’t go up until Friday. Seetickets website says ticket purchaser must collect the tickets, is this really the case? Is it worth going up with his driver licence and chancing it? Or does anyone have a number I can contact. Sorry if this should go in another thread - I’m a bit panicked.

The ticket is attached to your registration number so can’t imagine there’ll be an issue. Get in contact with [email protected] without delay and explain the situation. I’m sure it will just be fine to turn up with your own ID to collect your own ticket.

Thanks! I guess my one concern is that because it was a resale ticket my friend paid in full for both tickets. So they were sent out together versus with normal tickets they’re sent out separately.
