No idea what happened with Franz, they got off to a better start than most any other indie band of the 2000s but seemed to run out of steam by the third album commercially, although I find it quite decent myself. They shouldn't be that low down in the lineup -
They headlined Truck in 2017 and now they’re a sub or third down next year so they seem to be okay with lower slots. Shockingly low slot at Boardmasters too. -

Dont think Haim are anywhere near big enough to headline in the Netherlands to be honest. For me the real headliners are the acts that play stage TWO in the evening, like PJ Harvey, Slowdive and St Vincent last June. Hope they have equally strong acts next year, assuming Wilco is one of the tent acts after they accidentally confirmed to be playing and hoping Beach House will return as well.
