Anyone have any experience with Birmingham arena? on Viag..., most floor standing tickets that they have are down as 'junior tickets' - is there such a thing? Never heard of a venue selling cheaper standing tickets for 14 and under before..

They probably do junior tickets for basketball and the like, but not for standing at a gig. At least not through the main channels. What show is it for?

maybe see if they have them through the official streams? does seem weird

Loads going up on Tickets for Good the last couple of days, summer outdoor events, several locations, e.g. The National and Nothing but Thieves in Cardiff, Hozier in Lytham, several for Bedford, Plymouth, Southampton and Llangollen, Gregory Porter in Lincoln, plus discounted for Deer Shed and Madness at Leeds. There is also Yo La Tengo in Leeds and the Enemy in Bham (Academy gigs)... if you're browsing on a mobile sort by recently uploaded and go through the first 5 pages or so. 

 

Also, if you filter by Festivals, there are ballots for Tramlines, Truck and YNot.

Wouldn't be a surprise tbf. There were a lot of tickets available when I went to book mine, and judging by a cursory glance on Ticketmaster just now, still are.
