I have been ‘okay’ about not getting tickets this year and the line-up helped with this. The SZA chat is now making me feel very nervous…if Pulp step in, I don’t think I’ll be able to cope.

Realistically - there's no current reason to think SZA would drop out.

 

Cancelling a festival a month later in a different continent can't really be used as an indicator of anything when there's shows both sooner and closer to home that currently show all signs of going ahead - starting this weekend in Spain.

Yeh I think it's a bit OTT to think that SZA might drop out off the back of this. Would be a career-defining moment, I'm sure she must be prioritising Glasto among her schedule.

 

I don't think I'll be there for her set, but it's one of the ones I am looking forward to watching back. I'm rooting for her

There is 1 pattern that leads to tomorrow. 

 

2022 - full lineup last Monday of May

2023 - full lineup last Tuesday of May

2024 - ....

Appraisal: what went well?   Dexy's and Russell Crowe not clashing.

10am gone, nothing today I think.

 

Can't see them doing the coach times, and those other 2 announcements yesterday then dropping the full lineup today. I reckon they want a day of nothing then drop everything tomorrow.

 

Also for 3 out of 4 of the last festivals (2017 - 2023) it's been announced on 30th May, odds are on for tomorrow.
