Pulp to return in 2023

Did anyone see the Jarv Is set at Glastonbury last year?

My friend said they briefly played a Pulp riff (I can't remember which one) and he said something along the lines of 'that's for next year' 

My friend wasn't sure if he meant pulp would playing Glastonbury this year or that pulp would be gigging in general

Pulp didn't announce they were reforming until pretty late last year as I remember it? So sure it would have been picked up if he said anything so obvious.

I know it might seem like heresy to go so light on Different Class, but selfishly I feel like I got my fill of that album during the last reunion. I would pay stupid money if they ever did a This Is Hardcore tour.

I wouldn't be playing do you remember the first time so early in the set. Just my opinion, probably be the highlight of the set along with disco 2000 or common people. Maybe play it 2nd or third to last when the crowd is warmed up/frothing at the mouth

I hope to god they don't end up clashing with anyone decent. Not sure how many bands I'd put above pulp to be honest but you never know until times are released. I'm planning to see them somewhere other than glasto anyhow

I think they opened with it every show last time is why people have put it first 🙂 

I do agree though - its my favourite!

The mad bastards opened on Common People when they headlined Reading in 2000. Started really slowly and quietly and built and built and built until SHE JUST SMILED AND HELD MY HAND!!! and it all went off.

It was orgasmic.
