Sounds like Chappel has been bumped up because there is literally noone available this year, it's a dodgy year where everyone's either resting off the back of a tour, or doing their own bigger stuff.   Like is said I'd have thought at this point they'd get a replacement, like imagine RATM dropping out and they just bumped up Halsey to headliner.
